PROPETTI is a real estate investment and management company based in Berlin.
As a privately owned real estate company, we invest nationwide directly and in the way of joint ventures in retail and commercial properties.
We follow a "buy and hold" strategy and therefore place great value on sustainable real estate products. Proactive and value-oriented portfolio management is our priority. With our own team, we cover all investment cycles from the purchase phase, the management phase and a potential sales phase.
Thorsten Stoll (right in the picture) and Jörn Feikert (left in the picture) are the driving forces behind PROPETTI. Together we bring more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry and have accompanied transactions of more than 200 properties with a total investment value of over 2 billion Euros. Before founding the PROPETTI Group, we were responsible for the establishment of an asset and property management company, which we structured from its foundation to a company with 150 employees and a management portfolio of 750 properties, with assets under management of over 4 billion Euros.
We invest nationwide directly and in the way of joint ventures in retail and commercial properties. Our focus is on commercial real estate, primarily from the retail sector.
PROPETTI is looking for commercial properties (all kinds of retail properties, office properties and medical centers) in cities with 10,000 or more inhabitants or in smaller cities with a focus on tourism. The ideal investment size for us is between 2 and 20 million Euros.
